Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments missed or cancelled without sufficient notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other scheduled clients.
Regardless of the length of the session provided, the full service fee will apply.
Client Comfort & Consent
Your comfort is important. If you experience any discomfort at any time, please let your therapist know so adjustments can be made.

By receiving services, you confirm that you have disclosed all known medical conditions and will inform your therapist of any changes.
Professional Boundaries
All sessions are strictly therapeutic.
Any inappropriate remarks or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full service fee will still apply.
The therapist reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.
Draping & Privacy
Proper draping is used at all times for your comfort and privacy, in accordance with local and state regulations.
